I'm making a casting call to anyone who is willing to be in my little movie! I already came up with a script but I can't finish until I find more characters to be in it.. Heres a little summary of what I came up with called Jumping in Puddles..
A classic love story about boy meets girl, boy loses girl and, through the love they share, boy wins girl back with open arms. The movie starts off with a guy named John, running to the gal he loves, Kate, as she is leaving for a new life. As John is running, his life flashes before his eyes as people are instantly thrust onto how John and Kate first met, while there are instances throughout the movie on him running. Both John and Kate fall in love and, as things are going well, things go bad as Kate finds John thrust into an uncomfortable situation when a girl tries to get close to John. Furious, Kate rushes home, packs her things and runs off leaving a note on her door. The next day comes and as John comes to Kate’s house to apologize, he reads the note showing Kate has left and doesn’t plan on coming back. Scared, John calls Kate’s best friend and she tells him where Kate is, but he only has 10 minutes to run to the bus station before she leaves. Leaving the question of if John is able to make it time to win back the girl of his dreams, or come up short, all the while listening to the song Hoppipolli by Sigur Ros
